Red new potatoes with fresh chives

Ingredients

| 1½ | pounds | Red potaotes; small |
| (scrubbed) | ||
| 3 | cups | Vegetable broth |
| 1 | Clove garlic; peeled | |
| 1 | Bay leaf | |
| ⅓ | cup | Mined fresh chives |
| 1 | dash | Salt |
| 1 | dash | Freshly ground pepper |
Directions
Combine the potatoes, borth, garlic and bay leaf in a large saucepan and bring toa boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15 mintues, or until potaotes are tender. Add chives, then drain potatoes in a strainer. Place potatoes and chives in a serving bowl and season with salt and pepper.
Makes 4 servings.
