|1 pounds||Washed New Potatoes, with skins on|
|5 fluid ounce||Soured Cream|
|1 tablespoon||Garlic Wine Vinegar|
|2 tablespoons||Snipped Chives|
|Salt and Pepper|
Cook potatoes in lightly salted water for 10-15 minutes until just tender. Drain and place in a bowl.
Mix together all the other ingredients and pour over cooked new potatoes. Chill until needed.
