Potatoes with chives

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Washed New Potatoes, with skins on
5 fluid ounce Soured Cream
3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Garlic Wine Vinegar
2 tablespoons Snipped Chives
\N \N Salt and Pepper

Cook potatoes in lightly salted water for 10-15 minutes until just tender. Drain and place in a bowl.

Mix together all the other ingredients and pour over cooked new potatoes. Chill until needed.
