Measure | Ingredient |

1 pounds | Washed New Potatoes, with skins on |
5 fluid ounce | Soured Cream |
3 tablespoons | Mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon | Garlic Wine Vinegar |
2 tablespoons | Snipped Chives |

Cook potatoes in lightly salted water for 10-15 minutes until just tender. Drain and place in a bowl.
Mix together all the other ingredients and pour over cooked new potatoes. Chill until needed.
