Potatoes with chives

1poundsWashed New Potatoes, with skins on
5fluid ounceSoured Cream
3tablespoonsMayonnaise
1tablespoonGarlic Wine Vinegar
2tablespoonsSnipped Chives
Salt and Pepper

Directions

Cook potatoes in lightly salted water for 10-15 minutes until just tender. Drain and place in a bowl.

Mix together all the other ingredients and pour over cooked new potatoes. Chill until needed.
