Potatoes with chives

1 | pounds | Washed New Potatoes, with skins on |
5 | fluid ounce | Soured Cream |
3 | tablespoons | Mayonnaise |
1 | tablespoon | Garlic Wine Vinegar |
2 | tablespoons | Snipped Chives |
Salt and Pepper |
Directions
Cook potatoes in lightly salted water for 10-15 minutes until just tender. Drain and place in a bowl.
Mix together all the other ingredients and pour over cooked new potatoes. Chill until needed.
