Potatoes with chives

| 1 | pounds | Washed New Potatoes, with skins on |
| 5 | fluid ounce | Soured Cream |
| 3 | tablespoons | Mayonnaise |
| 1 | tablespoon | Garlic Wine Vinegar |
| 2 | tablespoons | Snipped Chives |
| Salt and Pepper | ||
Directions
Cook potatoes in lightly salted water for 10-15 minutes until just tender. Drain and place in a bowl.
Mix together all the other ingredients and pour over cooked new potatoes. Chill until needed.
