|12 smalls||Yukon Gold new potatoes|
|2 tablespoons||Olive oil|
|Salt to taste|
|½ teaspoon||Dried thyme; crumbled|
|2||Garlic cloves; minced|
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Place the potatoes in an oven-proof pan with the oil, salt, thyme, and garlic; stir to coat. Cover pan and bake in the oven for 1 hour or until cooked through. Stir several times. Makes 4 servings.
