Measure | Ingredient |

4 pounds | New potatoes; unpeeled and quartered |
4 mediums | Onions; sliced |
3 \N | Cloves garlic; crushed |
½ pounds | Butter |
¾ cup | Sour cream |
4 ounces | Cream cheese; softened (up to) |
1½ ounce | Finely crumbled Bleu cheese |
1 tablespoon | Cavender's Greek seasoning |
1 teaspoon | Pepper |
2 teaspoons | Dill weed |
\N \N | Salt to taste |
Cook potatoes, onions and garlic in boiling water until potatoes are tender. Drain thoroughly. Add rest of the ingredients and beat until creamy. Yield:
16 servings.
