Creamy new potatoes

Yield: 16 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 pounds New potatoes; unpeeled and quartered
4 mediums Onions; sliced
3 \N Cloves garlic; crushed
½ pounds Butter
¾ cup Sour cream
4 ounces Cream cheese; softened (up to)
1½ ounce Finely crumbled Bleu cheese
1 tablespoon Cavender's Greek seasoning
1 teaspoon Pepper
2 teaspoons Dill weed
\N \N Salt to taste

Cook potatoes, onions and garlic in boiling water until potatoes are tender. Drain thoroughly. Add rest of the ingredients and beat until creamy. Yield:

16 servings.
