Creamy new potatoes

| 4 | pounds | New potatoes; unpeeled and quartered |
| 4 | mediums | Onions; sliced |
| 3 | Cloves garlic; crushed | |
| ½ | pounds | Butter |
| ¾ | cup | Sour cream |
| 4 | ounces | Cream cheese; softened (up to) |
| 1½ | ounce | Finely crumbled Bleu cheese |
| 1 | tablespoon | Cavender's Greek seasoning |
| 1 | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 2 | teaspoons | Dill weed |
| Salt to taste | ||
Directions
Cook potatoes, onions and garlic in boiling water until potatoes are tender. Drain thoroughly. Add rest of the ingredients and beat until creamy. Yield:
16 servings.
