Yield: 8 Servings
|8 \N||Boiled potatos, peeled & thinly sliced|
|½ \N||Apple, peeled and diced|
|½ \N||Onion, diced 5 Tbsps No Fat Miracle Whip|
|1 cup||Sweet pickle relish|
|4 \N||Hard boiled eggs, diced|
|1 teaspoon||Spicy mustard|
|¼ cup||Pickle juice (or 1 T sugar and 1 T vinegar)|
|\N \N||Salt, pepper & paprika to taste|
Mix everything together carefully and cook for at least 2 hours or preferably overnight.
German Macaroni Salad: The same as above, just substitute ½ large package cooked and cooled macaroni for the potatoes and add 1 Tbsp.
