Raw vegetable salad and dressing

1Head Boston Lettuce
½cupRaw Mushrooms; sliced
½cupRaw Cauliflower Buds
½cupFrozen Green Beans; cooked and drained
½cupWater Chestnuts; sliced
½cupRadishes; sliced -Dressing---
½cupWine Vinegar
4tablespoonsCooking Oil
½teaspoonPaprika
1teaspoon\"Fines Herbes\"
1Clove Garlic; crushed
1teaspoonCracked Pepper

Directions

FOR THE SALAD:

Mix all ingredients and serve with the dressing given.

FOR THE DRESSING:

Shake all ingredients in a covered jar and toss with salad.
