Raw vegetable salad and dressing

| 1 | Head Boston Lettuce | |
| ½ | cup | Raw Mushrooms; sliced |
| ½ | cup | Raw Cauliflower Buds |
| ½ | cup | Frozen Green Beans; cooked and drained |
| ½ | cup | Water Chestnuts; sliced |
| ½ | cup | Radishes; sliced -Dressing--- |
| ½ | cup | Wine Vinegar |
| 4 | tablespoons | Cooking Oil |
| ½ | teaspoon | Paprika |
| 1 | teaspoon | \"Fines Herbes\" |
| 1 | Clove Garlic; crushed | |
| 1 | teaspoon | Cracked Pepper |
Directions
FOR THE SALAD:
Mix all ingredients and serve with the dressing given.
FOR THE DRESSING:
Shake all ingredients in a covered jar and toss with salad.
