For Raspberry Brandy Cordial, substitute 2¾ cups brandy for the vodka in Raspberry Vodka Cordial and use only 1 pint red raspberries. Or try our favorite raspberry liqueur, derived by mixing 2 parts Raspberry Vodka Cordial with 1 part Raspberry Brandy Cordial.
