Chocolate snap pie

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
12 Chocolate snap cookies; crushed
3 Egg whites
¾ cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Vanilla
½ cup Chopped nuts
Whipped topping

Beat egg whites until stiff. Gradually add sugar, baking powder & vanilla.

Fold in cookie crumbs & chopped nuts. Grease a large pie pan & spread the mixture in evenly. Bake at 300 for 30 minutes or until done. Cool. Serve with a whipped cream topping.
