Raspberries jubilee

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Seedless raspberry jam
6 tablespoons Brandy
6 tablespoons Water
3 cups Fresh raspberries
\N \N Vanilla ice cream
\N \N Crisp butter cookies

In a small saucepan combine the jam, brandy and water. Over low heat, bring the mixture to a simmer. Meanwhile, spoon the ice cream into small dessert dishes or goblets. Top each bowl with 6-8 fresh raspberries. Once the sauce is simmering, stir in the remaining fresh berries and immediately spoon the sauce over the ice cream. Serve immediately with cookies.
