Raspberry dazzle

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Sugar
2 cups Fresh or frozen raspberries
½ cup Light corn syrup
1 dash Salt
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 tablespoon Unsalted butter

Combine sugar, raspberries, corn syrup and salt in saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture comes to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice and butter. Place mixture in colander; drain and discard liquids, reserving Raspberry Dazzle in colander.
