| 8 | Cardamon pods | |
| 15 | Black peppercorns | |
| 1 | 1/2\" long cinnamon stick | |
| 1 | teaspoon | Coriander seeds |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Red pepper flakes |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Mace |
| 1 | tablespoon | Ground ginger |
| 1 | teaspoon | Ground nutmeg |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a spice grinder; grind to a fine powder.
Transfer to a small bowl to use or store in a airtight container.
