Ranch roasted potatoes

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds New red potatoes; cut into 1/4 inch chunks
1 pack (1oz) Hidden Valley Original Ranch Dressing Mix
¼ cup Vegetable oil

In a sealable plastic bag shake potato chunks, dressing package and oil; coating potates well.

Bake at for 35 minutes in ungreased baking pan until crispy brown.
