|2 pounds||New red potatoes; cut into 1/4 inch chunks|
|1 pack||(1oz) Hidden Valley Original Ranch Dressing Mix|
|¼ cup||Vegetable oil|
In a sealable plastic bag shake potato chunks, dressing package and oil; coating potates well.
Bake at for 35 minutes in ungreased baking pan until crispy brown.
