Rosemary roasted potatoes

Ingredients

| 2 | pounds | Potatoes; peeled and diced into 1\" chunks | 
| 3 | tablespoons | Olive oil; | 
| 1 | teaspoon | Paprika; | 
| 2 | teaspoons | Crushed rosemary; | 
| 1 | teaspoon | Garlic; minced | 
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt | 
Directions
Toss diced potatoes with olive oil, paprika, garlic and half the rosemary. Place potatoes on a heavy baking tray, sprinkle with remaining rosemary and ½ t salt. Roast at 400 deg F for 1½ hours, turning often.
Serve as garnish for roasts.
