Garlic roasted potatoes

Measure Ingredient
4 \N Potatoes; peeled and cubed, up to 5
3 tablespoons Olive oil
3 \N Cloves of garlic; crushed
\N \N Paprika; pepper, etc to your taste

Mix the oil and spices in a deep bowl. Toss the cubed potatoes in and mix until well coated. It should seem like there isn't enough oil to coat all the potatoes, but keep mixing! Put into a microwave proof pan and cover with seran wrap. Microwave on full power for about l6 minutes or until tender.
