Measure | Ingredient |

4 \N | Potatoes; peeled and cubed, up to 5 |
3 tablespoons | Olive oil |
3 \N | Cloves of garlic; crushed |
\N \N | Paprika; pepper, etc to your taste |
Mix the oil and spices in a deep bowl. Toss the cubed potatoes in and mix until well coated. It should seem like there isn't enough oil to coat all the potatoes, but keep mixing! Put into a microwave proof pan and cover with seran wrap. Microwave on full power for about l6 minutes or until tender.
