Herb roasted potatoes

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Potatoes, red small, halved
2 \N Cloves garlic
1 tablespoon Chopped fresh rosemary --
\N \N Or 1 tsp dry rosemary
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
\N \N Olive oil nonstick cooking -
\N \N Spray

Preheat oven to 450 deg f. Coat large roasting pan with nonstick spray. In the roasting pan combine potatoes, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.

Toss to coat potatoes well. Bake 20 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender and golden brown.

Makes 4 servings. Each serving = 190 calories, 4 g protein, less than 1 g fat, 0 mg chol, 41 g carbo, 285 mg sodium. Calories from fat = 4 %
