Herb-roasted potatoes

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Red potatoes, cut into chunk
1 \N Onion, green pepper and red
\N \N Pepper, cut into chunks
½ cup Prepared GOOD SEASOMS Garlic
\N \N & Herb Salad Dressing

Heat oven to 400-degree F. Mix all ingredients in shallow baking pan; arrange in single layer.

Bake 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown, stirring occasionally.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.

*NOTE: the salad dressing should be PREPARED.
