Recipe: roasted potatoes

| 1½ | pounds | Potato, raw (lbs) |
| 1 | medium | Pepper red |
| 1 | tablespoon | Garlic clove minced |
| 4 | tablespoons | Olive oil |
| 1 | teaspoon | Rosemary dried |
Directions
You can use any type potato but get the small size. Wash well but do not peel. Mix in a small bowl all the ingredients and rub onto the potatoes. Place in a 400 degree oven for about one hour until potatoes tender. Options: Use sliced onions with or instead of red pepper. Add a ½ tsp of liquid smoke for meal smell.
