Ramp salad

Measure Ingredient
\N \N Ramps, cut fine
\N \N Salt, to taste
\N \N Ham Pieces
\N \N Vinegar
\N \N Hard-Boiled Eggs, sliced

Cook West Virginia mountain ramps until tender, but do not parboil. Season with salt, ham fryings, and vinegar. Garnish with sliced, hard-cooked eggs.

Serve warm as a salad.
