Ramon's crab and shrimp casserole

Ingredients

¼cupButter
½cupFinely chopped Onion
cupFinely chopped Green Bell Pepper
3Cloves Garlic, finely chopped
1can(10.75 oz) Cream of Mushroom Soup
1cupCooked Crab Meat
1cupCooked Shrimp
3cupsCooked Rice
1Jar (2 oz) chopped Pimientos, drained
¼cupFinely chopped Italian Parsley
2teaspoons\"Louisiana\" Cajun Seasoning
½teaspoon\"Frank's\" Louisiana Cayenne Red Hot Sauce
½cupBreadcrumbs

Directions

A) Start the rice.

B) Saute' onion, green pepper, celery, and garlic until limp.

C) Add soup and stir well.

D) Add crab meat, shrimp, hot rice, pimientos, and parsley. Mix well.

E) Pour into greased casserole dish and top with breadcrumbs.

F) Bake 20 minutes in pre-heated 400 degree oven.
