Shrimp casserole

| 3 | pounds | Shrimp |
| 1 | Box of yellow rice | |
| 1 | large | Onion |
| 1 | Stick of butter | |
| 1 | can | Cream of mushroom soup |
| 1 | can | Ro-Tel tomatoes |
Directions
Cook rice as directed on the package. Saute the large onion and shrimp in butter until the shrimp turn pink. Add the cream of mushroom soup, Ro-Tel tomatoes and cooked rice to shrimp and onion.
Mix all ingredients together and pour into the pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Randy Rigg
