Quick tortellini supper

8ouncesDried tortellini, uncooked
½teaspoonOlive oil
1cupMushrooms, sliced
1⅔cupFrozen green peas, thawed
cupFat-free cheddar cheese, shredded
½teaspoonSalt
¼teaspoonBlack pepper

Directions

Cook tortellini according to package directions. In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add mushrooms. Cook until tender. Stir in tortellini and peas. Continue cooking until heated through. Stir in one cup cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
