Quick tortellini soup

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
14 cups Chicken broth; hot
1 pounds Tortellini; fresh; mixed
2 cups Spinach leaves; drained & chopped
4 teaspoons Cilantro leaves; dried
\N \N Coarse black pepper
\N \N Parmesan cheese; grated

Pour hot chicken broth into a large saucepan, add tortellini; boil gently for 10 minutes. Add spinach and cilantro; reduce heat; simmer for 2 minutes.

Ladle soup into serving bowls; sprinkle each bowl with pepper and cheese.

Preparation time: 30 minutes.
