Tortellini salad

4cupsTortellini, cooked & cooled
¾cupRipe Olives, sliced
1cupSauteed Mushrooms, sliced
1tablespoonDried Toamtoes, minced
4cupsBroccoli, cooked & cooled
3Green Onions, sliced
3tablespoonsFresh Basil, chopped
Pepper
¾cupMarinated Artichoke Hearts
2teaspoonsLemon Juice
Olive Oil

Directions

Combine all ingredients except artichoke marinade, lemon juice, and olive oil. Combine lemon juice with artichoke marinade and add enough olive oil to make ½ a cup. Drizzle marinade over salad. Toss gently. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.
