Tortellini salad

Ingredients

| 4 | cups | Tortellini, cooked & cooled |
| ¾ | cup | Ripe Olives, sliced |
| 1 | cup | Sauteed Mushrooms, sliced |
| 1 | tablespoon | Dried Toamtoes, minced |
| 4 | cups | Broccoli, cooked & cooled |
| 3 | Green Onions, sliced | |
| 3 | tablespoons | Fresh Basil, chopped |
| Pepper | ||
| ¾ | cup | Marinated Artichoke Hearts |
| 2 | teaspoons | Lemon Juice |
| Olive Oil | ||
Directions
Combine all ingredients except artichoke marinade, lemon juice, and olive oil. Combine lemon juice with artichoke marinade and add enough olive oil to make ½ a cup. Drizzle marinade over salad. Toss gently. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.
