Quick frosting

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Egg whites
\N \N Powdered sugar
4 tablespoons Butter
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Beat egg whites until light. Add enough powdered sugar to make stiff, then add melted butter and vanilla. Beat and spread on your favorite cake. Randy Rigg
