Pumpkin oatmeal muffins

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Uncooked oatmeal
1½ cup All-purpose flour
¾ teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Baking powder
¾ teaspoon Baking soda
1 cup Pumpkin butter*
½ cup Skim milk
½ cup Firmly packed brown sugar
3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
1 Egg (or 1 egg white)
½ cup Uncooked oatmeal
1 tablespoon Firmly packed brown sugar
¼ teaspoon Cinnamon

TOPPING

Combine part "A". Add part "B". Mix just until ingredients are moistened.

Line 12 muffin cups with papers. Fill muffin cups almost full. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle evenly over batter-filled cups. Bake at 400 for 20-22 minutes until golden brown.
