1 cup | Mincemeat |
2 cups | Pumpkin |
Grease two loaf pans. In a deep mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.
Beat in eggs. Add pumpkin, cider and milk mixed with vinegar. Blend well Comber each of the other ingredients, one at a time, and stir into mixture. Add walnuts and mincemeat. Bake at 350 for 60 to 70 minutes. Keep one for your supper and give the other to a friend.
