Yield: 6 Servings
|1½ teaspoon||Ground cinnamon|
|3 cups||Sugar (or 2 cups, works fine)|
|1 cup||Chopped nuts|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Sift dry ingredients into a large bowl. Make a well and add sugar, eggs, pumpkin and water. Beat well until smooth. Add nuts, and mix into mixture. Pour into three greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees F for one hour.
These freeze very well.
