Pumpkin bread 3

Ingredients

| 1 | cup | White sugar |
| ½ | cup | Brown sugar |
| ⅓ | cup | Butter/margarine |
| 2 | Eggs | |
| 1 | cup | Unbleached flour |
| ⅔ | cup | Whole wheat flour |
| ⅓ | cup | Apple juice |
| 1 | cup | Pumpkin puree |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Baking powder |
| 1 | teaspoon | Baking soda |
| ½ | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Allspice |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Cloves |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Cream sugars and butter together. Add eggs one at a time, beating well. Mix the flours, baking powder, soda, salt and spices.
Add alternately to creamed mixture with cider and pumpking. Beat well.
Turn into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake for 1 hour until bread tests done.
