Practically perfect picnic salad

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Seedless grapes
15 ounces Small white beans; drained
½ cup Diced celery
¼ cup Slinced green onions
2 tablespoons Chopped parsley
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
2 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
Lettuce leaves

SALAD

LEMON-MUSTARD DRESSING

FOR SERVING

Combine all ingredients except lettuce; mix well Serve on lettuce leaves.

Makes 4 servings.
