|4 cups||Cooked chilled salad pasta; (up to 6)|
|1||Jar mccutcheon's sweet & hot vegetable salad|
|8 ounces||Crumbled feta cheese|
|½ cup||Mayo or lite mayo|
|2 ounces||Sliced pepperoni; optional|
In large bowl toss pasta with mayo until coated lightly. Add entire jar Sweet & Hot Vegetable Salad and pepperoni. Toss to mix. Refrigerate until chilled through. Add crumbled feta and toss just before serving.
