Picnic basket coleslaw

Yield: 8 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 large Green Cabbage; cored and shredded
3 mediums Carrots; peeled and grated
1 cup Green Bell Pepper; finely diced
3 tablespoons Onion; finely chopped or grated
2 cups Mayonnaise
¾ cup Granulated Sugar
¼ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
¼ cup Dijon Mustard
1 tablespoon Celery Seed
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon White Pepper

In a large bowl mix cabbage, carrots, green pepper, and onion together and set aside.

In a separate mixing bowl combine mayonnaise, sugar, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, celery seed, salt, and white pepper.

Pour the dressing over the prepared vegetables and toss to thoroughly combine all the ingredients.

Cover and refrigerate overnight. Toss again before serving.
