Picnic basket coleslaw

Ingredients

1largeGreen Cabbage; cored and shredded
3mediumsCarrots; peeled and grated
1cupGreen Bell Pepper; finely diced
3tablespoonsOnion; finely chopped or grated
2cupsMayonnaise
¾cupGranulated Sugar
¼cupApple Cider Vinegar
¼cupDijon Mustard
1tablespoonCelery Seed
1teaspoonSalt
½teaspoonWhite Pepper

Directions

In a large bowl mix cabbage, carrots, green pepper, and onion together and set aside.

In a separate mixing bowl combine mayonnaise, sugar, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, celery seed, salt, and white pepper.

Pour the dressing over the prepared vegetables and toss to thoroughly combine all the ingredients.

Cover and refrigerate overnight. Toss again before serving.
