Yield: 8 servings
|1 large||Green Cabbage; cored and shredded|
|3 mediums||Carrots; peeled and grated|
|1 cup||Green Bell Pepper; finely diced|
|3 tablespoons||Onion; finely chopped or grated|
|¾ cup||Granulated Sugar|
|¼ cup||Apple Cider Vinegar|
|¼ cup||Dijon Mustard|
|1 tablespoon||Celery Seed|
|½ teaspoon||White Pepper|
In a large bowl mix cabbage, carrots, green pepper, and onion together and set aside.
In a separate mixing bowl combine mayonnaise, sugar, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, celery seed, salt, and white pepper.
Pour the dressing over the prepared vegetables and toss to thoroughly combine all the ingredients.
Cover and refrigerate overnight. Toss again before serving.
