Picnic chicken salad bowl

| 2 | cups | Diced cooked chicken {or ham} |
| ¾ | cup | Bottled Italian dressing |
| 3 | tablespoons | Grated parmesan cheese {optional} |
Directions
Taken from the cookbook "365 Easy One Dish Meals" {These are the 3 recipes that I have prepared, and I recommend them for any picnic, church luncheon, or just a quick and light supper.} In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Toss to mix well. Cover and refrigerate for several hours. Drain and serve on lettuce.
