TOPPING
Preheat oven 425. Mix flour with baking powder in a bowl and set aside.
Beat honey, brown sugar, oil, egg whites, applesauce, and apple juice in a mixer. Pour into the flour mixture and stir well.
Pour the batter into a 9x13 pan lightly sprayed with Pam and smooth batter. Arrange apple slices across the dough, pressing them slightly into the dough.
Bake 10 mins, then remove. Lower heat to 375.
Mix topping ingredients in a bowl. Drizzle over the apples in the pan. Return pan to oven and bake 15-20 mins, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Remove from oven and cool on rack. Slice into bars.
