1 pounds Ground beef
1 medium Onion, chopped
28 ounces Cn tomatoes with liquid, cut up
16 ounces Sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
1½ cup Cooked rice
1 medium Green pepper, chopped

In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion; drain. Add remaining ingredients; transfer to a 2-quart baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
