|4 ounces||Seedless raisins|
|4 ounces||Stoned; dried dates|
|4 ounces||Dried apricots|
|2 ounces||Cashew nuts|
|2 tablespoons||Lemon juice and orange-flower water; (mixed)|
|4 ounces||Ground almonds|
Blend first 5 ingredients in a food processor. Add ground almonds.
When the mixture becomes a thick paste, spread on to the rice paper in a shallow tin. Sprinkle sesame seeds, pressing down firmly and chill for 3 to 4 hours.
