Porcupine beef balls

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Uncooked rice
1 pounds Ground beef
1½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
2 tablespoons Minced onion
2 tablespoons Fat
1 cup Condensed tomato soup
1 cup Hot water

Combine rice, beef, salt, pepper and onion. Mix and shape into 12 balls.

Brown in fat in heavy fry pan. Add tomato soup and water. Cover and cook 11/2 hours over low heat until rice is tender.
