Plum-walnut port sauce

Ingredients

QuantityIngredient
4Sweet red plums halved and pitted
1cupPort wine
½cupChopped walnuts
4Pitted prunes thinly sliced
2tablespoonsCold butter

Directions

Cut each plum half into 4 wedges, as you would a lemon. Set aside.

Put the port in a small saucepan, bring to a boil and reduce by half.

Add the plums, walnuts, prunes and butter, mixing together. Remove from the heat. Serve with seafood.
