Yield: 1 servings
|4||Sweet red plums halved and pitted|
|1 cup||Port wine|
|½ cup||Chopped walnuts|
|4||Pitted prunes thinly sliced|
|2 tablespoons||Cold butter|
Cut each plum half into 4 wedges, as you would a lemon. Set aside.
Put the port in a small saucepan, bring to a boil and reduce by half.
Add the plums, walnuts, prunes and butter, mixing together. Remove from the heat. Serve with seafood.
