Plum-walnut port sauce

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
4 Sweet red plums halved and pitted
1 cup Port wine
½ cup Chopped walnuts
4 Pitted prunes thinly sliced
2 tablespoons Cold butter

Cut each plum half into 4 wedges, as you would a lemon. Set aside.

Put the port in a small saucepan, bring to a boil and reduce by half.

Add the plums, walnuts, prunes and butter, mixing together. Remove from the heat. Serve with seafood.
