Pizza sauce (mitch's)

Ingredients

| 100 | ounces | Angela Mia crushed tomatoes; (Hunts) |
| 3 | tablespoons | Olive oil |
| 1 | cup | Good Red Wine |
| 1 | cup | Water |
| 6 | dashes | Tabasco |
| 2 | tablespoons | Marjoram |
| 3½ | tablespoon | Oregano |
| 1½ | tablespoon | Fennel |
| 3½ | tablespoon | Basil |
| 2½ | teaspoon | Fresh ground black pepper |
| 2½ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
| Salt to taste | ||
| 6 | pints | Makes this many pints OR enough for |
| 12 | mediums | Pizzas |
Directions
AMOUNT
1. Combine all ingredients and slowly add to sauce while whisking.
2. Bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer over low heat for 1 to 3 hours, or until you like the taste.
3. Makes about 6 pints or enough for roughly 20 servings. Freezes well. The only way to buy Angela Mia tomatoes is Sam's or a warehouse outlet and it comes in 100 ounce cans.
