Italian pizza sauce

Yield: 2 cups

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Crushed Italian plum tomatoes
¼ cup Onion, chopped
5 \N Caramelized garlic cloves
6 \N Fresh basil leaves, chopped OR
1 teaspoon Dried basil
½ teaspoon Dried oregano
\N \N Salt to taste
\N \N Pepper to taste
