\N \N Rehydrated sun-dried tomato halves
\N \N Canned artichoke hearts; sliced

Heat a baking sheet in a very hot oven. Lightly brush pita breads on both side with oil. Top each with tomato halves, artichokes. Sprinkle with basil and cheese. Bake on hot sheet about 5 minutes until bread is crisp and cheese is melted. Source Sonoma Sun-dried Tomatoes (wrv)
