1 pounds | Ground beef |
1 \N | Onion; chopped |
1 \N | 15 oz can tomato sauce |
1 \N | 1.5 oz ounce package spaghetti sauce mix |
½ cup | Water |
2 cups | Shredded mozzarella cheese |
2 \N | Eggs |
1 cup | Milk |
1 tablespoon | Oil |
1 cup | Flour |
½ teaspoon | Salt |
½ cup | Parmesan cheese |
Brown ground beef and onions together. Drain. Add tomato sauce, spaghetti sauce mix and water to mixture. Simmer 10 minutes. Spoon into lightly greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over combined mixture. Beat together eggs, milk and oil. Add flour and salt. Mix well, and pour over mixture in pan. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Cut into squares and serve hot. Makes six servings.
