|⅓ cup||Ricotta (part skim) cheese|
|¼ cup||Tomato paste|
In small bowl, blend ricotta & flour. Place in center of small sprayed baking pan. Spread in 7" circle, mounding edges. Bake about 20 minutes at 350. In small bowl, combine tomato paste, oregano, and Worcestershire sauce. Spoon over crust. Top with mushrooms & cheese.
Bake about 10 minutes at 350.
Each serving = 1 bread, 1 vegetable, 2 protein.
