Pineapple mustard salad dressing

Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Apple juice |
| 1 | cup | Orange juice |
| ½ | cup | Pineapple pieces |
| 2 | eaches | Garlic cloves |
| ¼ | each | Avocado, peeled |
| 2 | teaspoons | Prepared mustard |
| ½ | teaspoon | Tamari |
Directions
Puree all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Transfer to a jar & seal tightly until ready to use.
