Tomato salad

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
6 eaches Tomatoes, finely diced
3 eaches Cucumbers, peeled, diced
2 bunches Green onions, chopped
1 each Lemon
¼ cup Olive oil

Finely dice tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions. Squeeze juice from lemon, add to salad. Add olive oil. Allow to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving for best flavor. Salt and pepper may be added to taste.
