Hot pineapple salad

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
20 ounces Pineapple chunks in juice; drain & save juice
½ cup Sugar
3 tablespoons Flour
3 tablespoons Pineapple juice
½ cup Margarine; melted
1 cup Grated sharp cheese
1 pack Crackers; Escort

Combine pineapple and cheese. Mix sugar, flour, juice and half of margarine. Mix with pineapple and cheese. Pour into baking dish, cover with crumbled crackers, drizzle other half of margarine over top. Bake ½ hour at 350 degrees.
