Pineapple bavarian

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Whipping cream
1 cup Crushed pineapple
¾ cup Boiling water
½ cup Sugar
1 pack Sweetened lemon flavored gelatin
Few grains salt

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add sugar and salt. Mix thoroughly. Cool until partially set. Beat until light and fluffy.

Fold in pineapple. Fold in stiffly whipped cream. Pour into mold.

Chill. 8 servings.
