|4 \N||Large eggs|
|½ teaspoon||Baking powder|
|1 \N||#2 can crushed pineapple|
|1 can||Chopped walnuts|
|\N \N||Powdered sugar|
Measure sugar into mixing bowl. Melt butter and add to the sugar, mix togther. Beat eggs well and mix with the sugar and butter mixture.
Add sifted flour, salt and baking soda. Add WELL DRAINED pineapple and chopped nuts. Mix well. Pour into well greased and lined pan.
10 1/2x15x2. Bake in a moderate oven 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool. Cut into bars 1x2½. Sift powdered sugar over bars. Ready for serving or storage in cans.
