Pineapple almond bars

Yield: 16 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Flour
2 cups Brown sugar
½ cup Butter
1 cup Almonds; toasted, chopped fine
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 \N Egg
¾ cup Sour cream
1 teaspoon Vanilla
8¼ ounce Crushed pineapple; drained
\N \N Powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix flour, sugar and butter until crumbly.

Stir in almonds. Press 2 cups on bottom of pan. To remaining mixture, add cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Beat in egg, sour cream and vanilla. Stir in pineapple and spoon over crust. Bake for 40 minutes, cool an d cut. Dust with powdered sugar.
