Contributed to the echo by: Marge Clark Originally from: a church lady Pineapple 7-up Cake: Mix cake & pudding mixes and 7-up. Beat well.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Pour into greased 9x13 pan, bake at 350 degrees 40-50 minutes, until the cake tests done. Icing: Bring all ingredients to a boil, pour over cake. Poke holes in cake with cake tester to help in absorbing icing.
This cake is so moist it's juicy...and delicious!
