Pimiento cheese, wilma's

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 ounces Pimientos, chopped
1 cup Nonfat mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dry mustard, hot (Spice Island)
½ teaspoon Cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 Cloves garlic, minced
8 ounces Colby cheese, grated
8 ounces Cheddar cheese, grated

Mix well with a rotary beater, adding cheese last. Continue beating until smooth. Store in tightly sealed container.

Makes 4 cups.
