Measure | Ingredient |

4 ounces | Pimientos, chopped |
1 cup | Nonfat mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon | Fresh lemon juice |
1 teaspoon | Dry mustard, hot (Spice Island) |
½ teaspoon | Cayenne pepper |
½ teaspoon | Worcestershire sauce |
2 \N | Cloves garlic, minced |
8 ounces | Colby cheese, grated |
8 ounces | Cheddar cheese, grated |
Mix well with a rotary beater, adding cheese last. Continue beating until smooth. Store in tightly sealed container.
Makes 4 cups.
