Ingredients

4ouncesPimientos, chopped
1cupNonfat mayonnaise
1tablespoonFresh lemon juice
1teaspoonDry mustard, hot (Spice Island)
½teaspoonCayenne pepper
½teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
2Cloves garlic, minced
8ouncesColby cheese, grated
8ouncesCheddar cheese, grated

Directions

Mix well with a rotary beater, adding cheese last. Continue beating until smooth. Store in tightly sealed container.

Makes 4 cups.
